This form takes a name and addy to work. It's supposed to take you to an oops! page that reminds you of that and asks you to use your back button to check the form and try again. When I tested the form the darned oops page immediately redirected to a page at Microsoft advertising the new XBox. Strange. But the back button worked and the output hits my inbox when the form is used right. Please make sure your email address is correct if you are interested in a reply.
Of course, I will respect your online privacy and would never sell you out to the spambots or other greedy marketeers.
